In support of our Troops

http://www.letssaythanks.com/Home1280.html
I found this link on a blog. I thought to my self what a neat idea. I hope everyone who visits my blog will send a Thank Card to the troops. I am very grateful for the military defending our Freedoms and all the sacrifices that they and their families have made. If my father taught me one thing in my life is to be Patriotic and stand up for what you believe. Thanks Dad for serving our Country.

Shan and Family

Sorry Shan I stole the picture off your blog for mine. I miss you guys hope we get to see you for Christmas

I am a dork

I can't get my pictures turned the right way so you will have to lean yours head to look at the pictures sorry. We are so excited for Frontier Days next year. George Strait is coming I can't wait I bought James the tickets for Christmas. Jenny bought tickets for the boys. Jenny make sure those boys pay you back. We are counting down they days. We bought standing room and I am in the low 100's so hopefully I can make my way to the stage and get some great pictures for my blog.

Brother and Family

This is my brother Shane and his family. I have been wanting to put a picture on there of them so here we go.

Christmas

I love Christmas. If I could decorate every inch of my house I would but I think that James would be mad because of all the money I would spend on decorations. I put up our tree and some decorations. I am a little sad not to be around family and friend for the holidays. We are hoping to be able to come home for Christmas. One of our best friends is getting married Dec 27Th so it is going to be a fast and busy visit if we can make it.

Let It Snow

It snowed here a couple of weeks ago really bad. The city of Cheyenne has only 10 snow plows and they do not plow the sides streets because they are so small well they don't plow the main roads either. I told James if we stay here we will need to get me a SUV.

My goal was to post new pictures this weekend. We were climbing rocks and when we got up to the top I looked and saw a face in the rock.

This is Emily and Jeff I work with Emily at the bank. Jeff is in the Air Force so that is how they ended up in Cheyenne. We have a lot in common Jeff likes to hunt well he is obsessed with hunting and he likes to fish. James and Jeff can watch sports together while Emily and I do our girl stuff. I am so glad that we have had a chance to become friends they are awesome. Emily is like Martha Stewart so I am trying to take lessons from her.

I thought I would update the music and get some new music on there. James has been called into work the past two nights and it gets a little lonely. I talked to the nephews tonight on the web cam and they are still wild and crazy as ever. I am home sick this month this will be the first time that Shan and I won't be together to celebrate birthdays. We where born on the same day four years apart. James and I usually have a get together with our friends and have a Halloween party and I am sad that they won't be here this year. I promise I will take a picture of James in his Care Bear Costume and put it on the Internet. I thought I would post some random pictures. This picture was taken earlier this year when we went to Mexico on a company trip. One of the reasons why I put this picture on is because Brody is one of our bestfrieds and we miss him a ton and James would be so mad at me for putting that on our blog so hopefully he doesn't read it for awhile. Hopefully I can get some new pictures on here soon.

Labor Day At Estes Park

Jay and Nancy came up for Labor Day and we went to Estes Park. It is so beautiful it reminded me of Old Main Street in Park City. It had all the shops down main street. We went up in the Aerial Tramway it was breathtaking. We can't forget about the Stanley Hotel. This is where Steven King wrote the Shinning and it was also filmed there. They where having a wedding there so we decided not to do the ghost tour. Shan I thought that you would like that so I had to post it. If You ever get a chance to go on vacation you should go to Estes Park. They have cabins up and down the mountain way that you can stay in next to the river it was amazing. It was good to see Jay and Nancy.

Back up and blogging

Hi Everyone,

Sorry it has been so long I tried a new site for my web page and it sucked and I have been so busy. My husband is needy sometimes and those of you who really know him it will make you laugh.

Rain and more Rain

We have a ton of rain the past few weeks. Our house flooded as well as our garage. It wasn't fun James was at work and our landlord lives in another state. The rain started again Thursday night and didn't stop until early this morning we didn't see the sun for two days. Our high was about 45 degrees to 50 degrees so we had to turn on the heater. Everyone keeps telling me I need to get ready for the winter and get my coat and winter boots. I am so ready for summer and winter hasn't even really hit us yet. :( oh and my car flooded!!!

The Daddy of them All

In June we had some friends come up from Utah for Cheyenne Frontier Days. We had a great time. We went to the Rodeo and the carnival. The population of Cheyenne doubles in about two weeks. People come from around the world to see this. You watch 8 seconds and you think of Layne Frost well it was an awesome feeling to be there watching the Daddy of them All. There were a few riders from Utah
Hi Everyone,

I thought that it was about time for me to get in contact with the world again. Being out here in Wyoming sometimes you feel like you are out in the middle of no where. Cora got me into blogging so here we go. James and I moved to Cheyenne at the first of May. He is currently working at Frontier Oil and he will be attending the University of Wyoming next year, Go Cowboys. I am working at US Bank. We have only been gone a few months but it feels like forever. We have been married for 2yrs and 4 months. We do not have any kids yet, but maybe one day. Hope you all in joy the pictures. I will try to stay up with the blog. James works nights a lot so I will have time on my hands.
